Well as you can see the Bush’s are adding to our family! We are officially pregnant on paper 🙂 God has placed a deep desire on our hearts to adopt an african american boy. As you can guess we are naming him August! We have begun our paper work and homestudy and it feels like it will never end. We are slowly getting through it.
Words don’t describe how excited we are. This website will chronicle our journey to August. We long for him and pray for him daily. We would love for you to join with us and pray for the birthmom who could be carrying him in her belly right now. We are praying for her health, pregnancy, and well-being. We are also praying that she will make wise choices and that God would give her wisdom & comfort through these tough decisions. We already have so much love for her.
Thanks for walking through this journey with us. We have a long road ahead of us, but it’s so worth all of the hard work. We can’t wait for the day to be able to bring August home. Be sure and subscribe to our blog. Thanks for reading!
